Kundalini Yoga is a spiritual and physical practice that aims to awaken the dormant energy
within the body, known as kundalini. This energy is believed to reside at the base of the
spine and, through specific techniques, can be awakened and guided through the seven
chakras, or energy centers, up to the crown of the head. Kundalini Yoga incorporates a blend
